Title:

I am unable to use the media (memory) card related features on my Mac OS®. What can I do?

Description:

When you load the media (memory) card into the unit you should see the removable disk icon appear on the computer.
If the removable disk icon does appear on the desktop, you will not be able to use the related features such as "Print Index", "Print Images" or "Scan to Card".

To correct this, remove the media (memory) card and try again.
