Title:

I cannot register the Add-In in 64 bit editions of Microsoft® Office 2010 (P-touch Editor 5.0 for Windows).

Description:

The Add-In function does not support 64 bit editions of Microsoft® Office 2010 (Word 2010, Excel 2010, and Outlook 2010). In the Add-In setting window, the checkboxes for the Microsoft application are grayed out and cannot be checked.

 

Please use 32 bit editions of Microsoft® Office 2010.

 

Note

By default, Microsoft® Office 2010 installs the 32 bit version of Office 2010 even if your computer is running a 64 bit edition of Windows.
