What is the difference between the "Select by Use" command and the "Apply Layout Style" command? (P-touch Editor 5.0 for Windows)

Description:
  • The "Select by Use" function: 

    You can easily create the labels just by selecting the desired layout from many predefined formats, such as labels for address or for the spines of video cassettes or file folders. You can use this function when you open P-touch Editor, or you can also use it  by clicking the New/Open button Image.


  • The "Apply Layout Style" function:

    Layout styles automatically format the position of text and graphic objects on a label. If an Add-In is used, the label data is automatically formatted by applying the last used layout style (for that label supply). You can use this function by clicking Image or [Format] menu - [Apply Layout Style...].
