How to use the Numbering function (P-touch Editor 5.0 for Windows)

The numbering function is used to make a series of sequential alpha/numeric labels.
Select the item you wish to increase and the number of sequential labels to be printed.

i.e. Using Express mode:



  1. Entering text

    Click Image.

    Type "File 001" and highlight "001".

  2. Setting Numbering

    Select [Format] - [Numbering].

    The NUM icon will appear.

  3. Printing

    Click Image to display the print dialog box. Make sure that the "Numbering:" check box is checked. Specify the number of labels to be printed in the "Count:" box.

    Note

    If you don't want the NUM icon to be appeared:

    1. Select [Tools] - [Options...].
    2. Click the [Display] tab to open the "Display" page.
    3. Put a check in the "Object Attribute Icon" check box.
