Title:

When I try to use the Add-in Function, the error message "Cannot find the path for P-touch Editor in the registry" is displayed. What can I do?

Did you install the latest version of P-touch Editor from Download page?

If you install the P-touch Editor 4.1.100 or later to the PC with P-touch Editor Version 4.1.001 and click Add-in icon on Microsoft Word, Excel or Outlook, this error message will be displayed and unable to use the Add-in function.
To solve this problem, first uninstall the existing P-touch Editor (Version 4.1.001) and then install the P-touch Editor Version 4.1.100.
