Title:

The QL500/550 is not printing or a print error is received.

Description:
The error could be caused by any of the following:

  1. Check the USB cable to make sure that it is not loose and that it is correctly connected.


  2. Check that the DK Roll is installed correctly. Try to remove the roll and reload it.


  3. Check that there are enough labels left on the label roll.


  4. Check that the DK Roll compartment cover is closed.
