How do I re-install the drivers?

Description:
  1. Before reinstalling drivers you must first uninstall the drivers. Please click your OS to uninstall the drivers:

    Windows® 2000/XP, Windows Vista®
    Mac OS® X 10.2-10.4
    Mac OS® X 10.5
    Mac OS® X 10.6 or greater

  2. Now, you can download and install the latest drivers from the Solutions Center's download section. Click on the "Downloads" tab near the top of this page to begin.
