1. Click Start => Settings => Control Panel.
2. Double click the Add/Remove Programs icon.
3. Select ScanSoft PaperPort 11 from the list, click the Change or Remove button.

For Windows® XP users:

1. Click Start => Control Panel.
2. Double click the Add or Remove Programs icon.
3. Click the Change or Remove Programs icon. 
4. Select ScanSoft PaperPort 11 from the list, click the Change or Remove button.

For Windows Vista® / Windows® 7 users:

1. Click Start => Control Panel => Programs => Programs and Features.
2. Select  ScanSoft PaperPort 11 from the list, click Uninstall.

For Windows® 8 or later users:

1. Open the Control Panel. (Click here to see how to open the Control Panel.)
2. Click Programs => Programs and Features.
3. Select ScanSoft PaperPort 11 from the list, click Uninstall and follow the on screen instructions.
