Title:

I am unable to use the USB Flash memory drive or memory card (if applicable) related features on my Mac OS®. What can I do?

Description:

When you load the USB Flash memory drive or memory card (if applicable) into the unit you should see the removable disk icon appear on the computer.
If the removable disk icon does not appear on the desktop, you will not be able to use the related features such as "Print Index", "Print Images" or "Scan to Media".

To correct this, remove the USB Flash memory drive or memory card (if applicable) and try again.
