Title:
I'm trying to feed the paper from the Multi-purpose tray. "Feed Jam Check Tray" error appears on the LCD. What should I do?

Description:

Follow the procedure below to remove the jammed paper.

  1. Pull the jammed paper out of the multi-purpose tray

  2. Push up button A (1) and fully open the front cover (2). Confirm that there are no scraps of paper remaining inside the printer.

  3. Close the front cover.
