My printer will not print.

Description:

  1. Is the printer driver for the QL-500/550/650TD/1050 installed?

  2. You need to install both the P-touch Address Book software and the QL-500/550/650TD/1050 printer driver in order to use the P-touch Address Book.

  3. Click [File]-[Printer Setup...] to open the "Printer Setup" dialog box. Make sure that "Brother QL-500", "Brother QL-550", "Brother QL-650TD" or "Brother QL-1050" is selected. If not, select one of these printers from the pull-down menu

  4. Click the "Set as Default" button, and then click the "OK" button.
