It is important to use the correct drivers/utilities which are compatible with the operating system (OS) you are using. Please follow the steps below to check the operating system (OS) you are using.

The latest drivers/utilities compatible with Windows® are available in the Downloads section. Follow the steps below to check the operating system (OS), and then visit the Downloads section.

  1. Right-click the Computer or My Computer icon on the desktop and choose Properties.
    Right-click the Computer or My Computer icon.

    If you cannot find the Computer or My Computer icon on the desktop, click Start or Start (at the lower left corner of the screen).

  2. For Windows® XP / Windows Server® 2003 users:
    Check the System information, which is surrounded by red lines below. That is the operating system (OS) you are using.

    Check the Windows edition information, which is surrounded by red lines below. That is the operating system (OS) you are using.

    Also check the System type, which is surrounded by blue lines below. You can know which version of OS, 32-bit or 64-bit, you are using.

    For Windows® 7 / Windows Server® 2008 R2 users:
    Check the Windows edition information, which is surrounded by red lines below. That is the operating system (OS) you are using.

    If you use Windows® 7, check the System type which is surrounded by blue lines below. You can know which version of Windows® 7, 32-bit or 64-bit, you are using.
