How do I program the date and time?

Description:

To set the date and time, follow the instructions listed below:
  1. Press the Menu key on the Control Panel.
  2. Press the up or down arrow key and select Initial Setup,  then Date/Time.
  3. The LCD screen will prompt you to enter the year. Enter the last two digits of the year (for example, enter 04 for 2004) and press the Set key.
  4. The screen will prompt you to enter the month. Enter the two digits for the month (for example, enter 09 for September) and press the Set key.
  5. The screen will prompt you to enter the day. Enter two digits for the day (for example, 06) and press the Set key.
  6. The screen will prompt you to enter the time. Enter the time in 24-hour format (for example, enter 15:00 for 3:00 pm) and press the Set key.
  7. Press the Stop/Exit key on the Control Panel.

The LCD will display the date and time whenever the unit is idle.
