I'm using Windows Vista® and trying to use a network connected QL-Printer, but the machine stays offline and I cannot print. What should I do?

Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

  1. Click Control Panel.

  2. Click Hardware and Sound.

  3. Click Change default printer.

  4. Right click on the printer icon, select Run as administrator, and then click on Properties.

  5. If the User Account Control prompt is displayed, click Continue.

  6. Click on the Ports tab.

  7. Click Configure Port...

    image



  8. Change the Protocol to Row.

  9. Click OK.
