Please check the port of the installed driver following the instructions below:
- Click on START-->Control Panel-->Printers.
- Right click on the printer icon and select Properties.
- Open the Ports tab. If the port is set to LPT1, this will be the cause of the problem.
Click OK and close the Properties, and then turn the printer power off, then back on again.
This will resolve the issue.
- If the port is set to "USB00X", then there will be other reason that you cannot print.
