How do I enlarge or reduce the copies I make?

Description:

You can enlarge and reduce the copies you make by using the Enlarge/Reduce button. Please note that changing the enlargement or reduction ratio only affects the next copy job performed. To enlarge or reduce the next copy you make, please follow these steps:

 


  1. Load your document.
  2. Press the Number of Copies button to enter the number of copies you want (up to 99).
  3. Press the Enlarge/Reduce button to select the enlargement or reduction ratio you want, then press OK.
    -OR-
    You can select "Custom (25 - 400%)" and press OK, use the dial pad to manually enter an enlargement or reduction ratio between 25% and 400%, then press OK to confirm your choice.
    For example: press 5, 3 to enter 53%.
  4. Press Black (Mono) Start or Color (Colour) Start.
