Title:
I'm using Windows®. The error message "The MFL Pro Software is already installed! To reinstall, please uninstall the software first then run this installation program again" appears. What should I do?

Description:

This error message occurs if all the Brother files are not deleted during the uninstall process. Please follow the instructions listed below to remove the complete software package:

  1. Click on Start--> Setting--> Control Panel

    --or--

    Click on Start--> Control Panel (for Windows® XP users)

  2. Double click the Add/Remove Programs icon.
  3. Select Brother MFL-Pro Suite, click the Add/Remove button and follow the on screen instructions.
