Title:

My machine only prints one copy of my document even though I have asked it to print two or more. (For Windows® 2000/XP and Windows Vista®)

Description:
Please follow the steps below to solve the problem:



  1. For Windows® 2000/XP Users: 
    Click Start => Printers and Faxes.

    For Windows Vista® Users: 
    Click Start =>Control Panel => Printers.

  2. Right click on the printer icon for your machine and select Properties.

  3. Click the Advanced tab and uncheck Enable advanced printing features.

  4. Click APPLY to save the settings then click OK.
