I'm using Windows® 2000. I'm using a computer without a serial port. I can't use Remote Setup or I can't receive a PC-FAX. What do I do?

Description:

Please download and install the tool following the instructions below:
  1. Click here to download the patch file and save it to your desktop on your computer.
  2. Locate the executable file called brserial_fix.EXE on your desktop. Double click on it.
  3. The icon named brserial_fix.REG is now created on your desktop. Double click on the icon to run the program.
  4. Click Yes.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Restart your computer.

    You must be logged on as an Administrator.
