Title:

I cannot select my printer name from the "Application Matching Printer" drop-down menu in the "Printer Setup" dialog box (P-touch Editor 5.0 for Windows).

Description:

To print out labels from P-touch Editor, the printer driver for your printer must be installed.

Please download and install the latest printer driver version from the download page.

You can go to the Download page by clicking the "Downloads" tab in the top left corner of this page.
