  1. Click the [Table] button Image.

  2. The [Table Properties] dialog box will appear. Specify [ 2 ] in both [Number of Rows:] edit box and [Number of Columns:] edit box. Check that the only [Maintain Table Size If Number of Rows or Columns Changes] check box is on, and then click [OK].

  3. The table will be inserted on the edit screen. Click the left cell of the first row. While holding down the [Shift] key, click the right cell of the first row. Click the [Join Cells] button Image on the Table Properties bar.

     If the Table Properties bar is not displayed, click [View] - [Toolbar] - [Table Toolbar].

  4. The two cells of the first row will be merged into one cell. Click Image.

  5. Specify [ 6mm ] / [ 0.24" ] and click [OK].

  6. Click the left cell of the second row, and click Image. Specify [ 9mm ] / [ 0.36" ] and click [OK].

  7. Click Image. Specify [ 33mm ] / [ 1.32" ] and click [OK].

  8. Click the right cell of the second row, and click Image. Specify [ 50mm ] / [ 2" ] and click [OK].

  9. Click the [Text] button, and then click Image on the Text Properties bar. Type in the text and adjust the text font, size, etc.
