The message "Wrong media size." appears. What should I do? (P-touch Editor 5.0 for Mac)

It means that the tape width / label size inside the pritner does not match the one selected in P-touch Editor.

You can correct this error by:

  • Re-selecting the tape width / label size in P-touch Editor.

    OR

  • Changing the tape cassette or label inside the printer.
