Please check the points below.
- Make sure that the LAN settings are correctly configured (for example, if you are using the TCP/IP protocol, make sure that the IP address and subnet mask settings are correctly configured).
- Check that the protocol you are trying to use is not disabled (print a configuration sheet to check this).
- Check and try everything in the troubleshooting section of the user's guide.
- Try switching your machine off and then ON again.
