When printing from Turbo Tax for Windows®, the first page prints fine, the second page does not print or prints as garbage.

Description:

Use the following steps to correct the issue:

 

  1. Click on the Save button.
  2. When the Save As window opens, click on the Desktop icon, then click
    the Save button to save the file to your desktop.
  3. Double click on the Brhlxp03.EXE icon on your desktop.
  4. Your desktop will now contain a Brhlxp03 folder.
  5. Double click the Brhlxp03 folder to open it.
  6. Double click on the Setup.exe to run the program.
  7. Click Ok.
  8. Restart your PC and print from your application.
