Please check the following points:

Change the paper to freshly unpacked paper, and then check that the problem was solved.
Check that the recommended paper was used.
To see what is the recommended paper, click here.
To see what kind of paper you can use, click here.
Check that the room temperature is higher than 10 degrees in Celsius (50 degrees in Fahrenheit)
